Australia: $15 flat rate for standard shipping via Australia post (3-5 business days).

 For express shipping please reach out here.

Local pick up: orders can be picked up in person if you are located in or near the Northern Beaches.

Rest of the world: please reach out here (please note duties & taxes are not included in the shipment price).

A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email and you will receive tracking updates via Australia post. Signature is required upon delivery. Please check updates as the Ritualistic Life is not liable for packages once signed for.

Returns 

Refunds are available for all items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. The Ritualistic Life reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria. Once processed, the full value of the item(s) will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding any return shipping fees. Please note that a change of card numbers or refund via a different method or to a different person is not available.

After your refund has been processed, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your payment method.

The Ritualistic Life reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or are in unsellable condition. Please note the cost of return shipping is not covered.
